Exchanges and Size Support

At Ayrin, we support size exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original boutique packaging with tags intact.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, please contact us at heeramine@hotmail.com or direct message us on Instagram at @ayrin.in_ with your Order ID and size details.

No Refunds or Cancellations

All sales are final. We do not support returns, refunds, or order cancellations once payment has been processed. We encourage you to consult our Size Guide or DM us on Instagram for sizing help before making a purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos, and we will issue a replacement immediately.
