Shijesh Krishnan established Ayrin in 2018 driven by his passion for design and craft. During his career he has worked on some of the most challenging projects such as Dubai International Airport, palace of Bahrain ruler, Rotana hotel etc. which has given him deep understanding of what it takes to deliver complex projects from inception to completion. Together with his dynamic team of talented Architects, Designers, Project managers, he takes each client on a highly personalized journey, working closely with them throughout the designing process to understand their brief and capture it through his vision by establishing a design language that is appropriate to them.

Shijil KV is an internationally experienced person with a strong back ground in wood technology which affords him the benefit of understanding all aspect of a turnkey fit-out project. His extensive knowledge of construction detail allows him to successfully liaise with the design team members to guide with technical details in the build process and value engineering.

Jomon Ignatius connects design and technical knowledge in the management of the design from concept through to completion. Upbeat and enthusiastic with a focused approach on design and value engineering. He is adept at finding design solutions that will deliver the client's vision.

Jithesh is a seasoned professional with 13 years experience in the turnkey interior contracting & manufacturing business with focus on furniture and fit-outs. He is responsible for operations, human resources management, strategy and policy.
